The main goals of KCF are as follows: - Gather domestic & oversea intellectuals and historians who are willing and expert in Khmer ancient civilization to share the knowledge.
- Diffuse the knowledge to local & oversea Khmer people to realize, love, and maintain it.
- Support the research on history, culture, Khmer civilization, involved with everywhere in a gold land inside and outside the country.
- Prepare national-international tour program to visit, study the ancient temples, museums relatively to Khmer ancient civilization within territory.
- Contribute to repair, maintain ancient holy worships or damaged temples in the Kingdom of Cambodia, then create tourism area there and handover to local community for management under the law.
- Support the community, organization, association, and other commission outside the activities of KCF.
- Provide Khmer literature training to domestic & oversea illiterate people.
